Idealism is the despot of thought, just as politics is the despot of will.

Woman vs Man

Woman: Chooses to abort a pregnancy at 5 1/2 months because it will interfere with a trip to an amusement part.
Left - This makes her an empowered woman and to choose otherwise would be to subjugate herself to a patriarchal society!
Right - Murder!
libertarian - It may be societally accepted murder and her reason may be absurd, but it is her body.

Man: Chooses to not vote for Hillary Clinton as president.
Left - Misogynist!
Right - Well, she is a criminal.
libertarian - Not supporting Hillary does not make one a misogynist, and she is clearly a corrupted woman. I want less government. Anyone?

?: Asks if sexist wage discrimination is a real thing.
Left - Of course! Women are victims in this patriarchal society, earning only pennies on the dollar.
Right - I support wage equality.
libertarian - It is bullshit with plenty of economic studies proving such. If it is pennies on the dollar, it is about 98 pennies, so...not so much. But if it did exist, so what? The free-market will destroy the disparity, for competition rewards all, especially the best. How about some free-market? It's almost as if someone is gaining from preying on the ignorance of many by pushing this false narrative, or they themselves are ignorant, or... God, this is absurd. Pay me what I am worth or I go elsewhere!

Generalizations? Sure. Absurdity? Every! Damn! Day! Go do something that will make you smile, just because.
